Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and must not have been worn or washed, have stains or odors.  Shoes must be returned in original box and box must not be used as shipping container, we recommend putting shoe box inside poly mailer or another box.  Leggings,  jewelry and other personal items such as hats and intimate wear are not eligible for refund or return.  Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for return.  Shipping will not be refunded unless return is result of our error (wrong item or defective item).  If exchange for different size is needed you will need to send item back to us for store credit and place another order once you receive credit.  Any items sent to us that are ineligible for refund or store credit will be sent back to you at your expense, if you choose not to have item sent back to you item will be donated to local charity.  Please allow 1-4 days for processing refunds or credits.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.  If item shows to have been delivered to your address you will need to contact the postal carrier regarding the matter.  In stock items ship out 1-2 business days.
